Open SETTINGS from the menu.
Tap DELETE MY DATA.
Confirm with DELETE PERMANENTLY.

This button arrives with the next game version. Until then, please use the email request.

By email

If you no longer have access to the game, write to support@crossbowkingdom.com with the subject "Data deletion" and your player ID (the 8 characters shown in SETTINGS > TRANSFER MY SAVE). Without an ID, we'll ask for details to find your account. We handle requests within 30 days at most.

What is erased

Progress, coins, upgrades and best wave
Nickname and leaderboard rank
Statistics, sessions and transfer history
Any pending transfer code

What is kept

An empty record with the player ID, hashed device key and deletion date, to stop old requests from recreating data
Technical backups, for their limited duration
Purchases recorded by Apple or Google, which they keep under their own rules

Good to know

Deletion is permanent: the game starts over and any content you obtained is lost. Uninstalling the game doesn't delete your data from the server. To withdraw consent for statistics, write to the same address or use the deletion above.
